What’s different?
Audi may be calling the Cross Coupé a concept car, but it is in fact the new
Q3 crossover SUV in all but name. Designed to compete with the likes of the
BMW X3 and Land Rover Freelander 2 it is due to go on sale in 2010. If the
production version looks half as interesting as this, there will be queues
outside the dealerships
Why should I care?
Because crossovers – cars that look like SUVs but drive like normal cars – are
one of the fastest growing market sectors. And the idea of one wearing an
Audi badge will have many people dribbling at the prospect

What’s different?
The new entry level Espace Team is now the cheapest way to buy yourself a big
French minibus. It offers all the space you’d expect in an Espace but with
fewer frills. Neither alloy wheels nor climate control is standard
Why should I care?
This is a lot of metal for your money and the Espace is still a characterful
and competitive proposition. However, if it’s real space you want, you’ll
need a Grand Espace with prices starting at £21,785
